Warehouse Picking

04 / Field & Operations·Mobile Apps

Pick lists, bin scanning and pack verification.

01

What you can do here

Take a wave of orders, follow a bin-sequenced pick path, scan each location and item, get blocked on a wrong scan, then verify at the pack bench and print the label.

02

What it replaces

Pickers wandering the aisles, wrong items shipped, and returns you pay for twice.

03

Why it matters

A scan-verified pack step is what stops mis-ships reaching the customer.

Runs on Phone, TabletPick path / Scan verify / Label print

Follow the pick path: scan the bin, then scan the item, in that order. Try one of the wrong codes and watch it get rejected rather than quietly accepted.

Pick path

Bins are walked in aisle order, not order-line order. On a big pick that is the difference between one lap of the warehouse and five.

ABCPACK

The cost of a mis-pick

A wrong item costs the return shipping, the replacement shipping, the picker's time twice, and a customer who now checks every order. Scan verification at pack removes almost all of it.

Wrong scans are counted but never accepted.100%
